TODAY is our monthly potluck lunch! Come on out to our 10 or 11 AM WOD, then stay for free food and drinks! …or just come by for the food and drinks at noon.

GROUP PICTURE at 12:30 PM today. We are going to take a photo of as many members as possible for our website. Come by if you can! We want all of you in the picture. We very proud of the growth in our All Pro Community over the past few months!

All Pro Endurance is now an official CrossFit Endurance Team! We were registered and confirmed this week. Our endurance workouts start next week. Check back soon for the schedule and to read all about it on the All Pro Endurance tab here on the website.

Finally, we start the Whole30 nutrition challenge on Monday as a group. Send us an email if you want to participate and have not had a chance to sign up at the gym.
