9:00 Barbell Session (an opportunity to practice the Olympic lifts)
9:00 Run Session (meets at the Bear Creek HS track to work on form & speed)

Three choices for Monday’s WOD:

1. Join us at the old space at 9:00am to load all equipment onto the U-Haul. Time to move everything to the new space!

2. Join us at 5:00pm for the Run Workout. Meet at the old space.

3. Kevin Sudnik created this WOD and did it today. Aren’t you glad he shared it with us?

Rough Schedule:

    • Sunday: Pack, organize, and clean out old space.
    • Monday: Big Move! We need muscles, tools, ladders, and cleaners.
    • Tuesday: More moving and cleaning.
    • Wednesday: Set-up & organize new space. We need skilled laborers to assemble & mount the rig.
    • Thursday: Final clean out of old space & set-up of new space.
    • Friday: New Year’s Day WOD & Potluck!!

The NEW ADDRESS for our training facility is 9110 W. 6th Avenue in the Meadowlark Shopping Center.

Please note the holiday & transition schedule: We will be closed from the 25th through the 31st to allow us to pack up and move the gym to the new location. We will keep the normal run program workouts during this time (Mon, Dec. 28th & Wed, Dec. 30th at 5:00pm). We will then re-open in the new space on January 1st with ONE HOLIDAY WOD at 10:30am followed by a 12:00pm POTLUCK to celebrate our great new space and the start of the new year! Members, friends and family are welcome to attend the WOD and/or potluck.
