First, pick your poison: (10 minute time cap)
Row Test: 1600 meters or Run 1600 meters
Determine which will challenge you the most and go get it.
Rest 5 Minutes-If you do not achieve the distance in 10 minutes, rest will be deducted from this time.
Then 10 Minute AMRAP:
20 Front Rack Lunges-Alternate legs (75/45)
15 Bar Jumping Burpees
