First: Back Squat 3-3-3-3 Get ambitious, load it up and get heavier as you go through the sets

Then:  Every Minute on the Minute 14 Minutes

Even Minutes: 15 Goblet Squats (50/30)

Odd Minutes: 15 Toes to Bar
