Clean and Jerk – 3 reps

(you choose wt and use the same wt for all; can be squat cleans, power cleans or a combo)

Then…
EMOM x 12
4 Rounds of:
Min 1: 8 Straight-leg Deadlifts
Min 2: 40 second Plank Hold on elbows
Min 3: 40 Double unders
