(Start with of 3 of each, then 6 of each, then 9 of each…Add 3 more each time through.)

Then…

AMRAP in 7 Minutes:

10 Double Unders, 1 Wall Sprint

20 Double Unders, 2 Wall Sprints

(Add 10 and 1 respectively each time through.)
