Complete 4 Sets for Quality:

10 Weighted Bulgarian Split Squats (5 per leg)

“Death by Power Snatch” 

EMOM: Start with one power snatch (115/75) on Min #1. Add one snatch each minute until failure.

*Rest 2 minutes (clock is still running)

5 min EMOM:

3 reps @ 90% of weight used
